”The standard of service is first class, including the cleanliness of cars, dress of drivers, courtesy and punctuality. Your Drivers on every occassion have provided door to door service, ensuring I am delivered and dropped off in a safely manner, assisting wih entering and leaving your vehicles, arriving to collect me at least ten minutes prior to my scheduled pick-up without fail. This has been such a delight, not having to worry about drivers being rough whilst driving or turning up late. I am currently receiving treatment for a work injury and having to deal with pain burdens but having your reliable and kind drivers provide this servce makes attending treatment much more burden free.
I have also found Management and your administration staff incredibly helpful. Once my treatment is completed, I call your administration office to book the return pick-up time. The service is once again extremely professional and helpful.
CGU used taxi cabs prior to switching to your services. It was a very stressful period for me when they were using taxi cabs for transfers. Missing appointments due to late pick-ups, waiting over an hour for return pick-up after treatments, rough driving and lack of care in addition to having to deal with my injury. Fortunately, my Case Manager at CGU uses your services rather than taxi cabs now. Do highly recommend work injury related transfers are provided by “Personalised Cabs” in order to minimise stress and ensure a professional service is provided.”
